Refund / Return Policy
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (less shipping costs).
FFL items are subject to a restocking fee up to 15% or $35 (whichever is greater).
Services add-ons, such as custom Cerakote and / or Gunsmithing services are non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges take 3-4 business days from the date we receive the return at our facility.
Please keep all items from the order you wish to return. Failure to do so will result in the order/items being ineligible for refund/replacement/store credit.
Any item purchased as a open box, used, blemished or “Blem” product
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return meets the criteria set forth above, then your full refund will be processed (less shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you purchase qualifies for a refund, it also qualifies as an exchange. To initiate an exchange send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If Credova was used as the payment option and you are returning a partial order – we can only provide store credit for the returned item. Credova does not allow us to alter a contract once it has been signed by the customer.
If the entire order is being returned; we must invoice for the return shipping (if applicable) and the restocking fee (if regulated item) separately. Once that is paid, we can proceed with cancelling the contract with Credova.
